It is a serious thing to consider under which circumstances could world war 2 have been avoided.
The answer is that through international cooperation it could have avoided.
Germany was in deep crisis after World War-I and the international community’s indifference to the plight of the Germans resulted in the enraged outburst and the rise of Hitler.
The adverse situation for the Germans at that time paved a perfect way for Hitler and thereafter the World War 2 took place which was quite unlikely but evitable under those circumstances.
