The good and innocent people are harshly suppressed by the bad and evil one. The bad ones who almost know nothing tells the good ones how to work and order them!
Also, we learn from the poem the from and the Nightingale is that we should never be inconfident of our talent and let others exploit us just due to lack of some awareness and confident. To survive in this mortal world we need to be more sharp rather than innocent or our survival won't be possible.
