In this poem the poet describes the theme of social injustice and class inequalities of civilized and poor slum people. The civilized world is educative, progressive and developed. The other world belongs to the slum children of Tyrol Valley who need education and they lived in cramped holes. He wants then to fulfil this gap and requests the civilized people to educate and raise them.
