The poet conveys the message that nobody care for the weak.

It also tells that, don’t break the shutters of the windows, don’t scatter the papers, and don’t throw down the books on the shelf. It does the poet request in the lines of the shutters of windows.

• wind can be both our friend and enemy as well
it can only be our friends when we will be united and will make our houses strong instead of blaming the nature

• wind can be our enemy , as it blows out weaklings that is weak houses , we cannot change the nature, we can only change ourselves
