The message that is conveyed through the poem Ozymandias is that..nothing lasts forever so don’t boast about your success because people will only remember you for your deeds not for your achievements and belongings because materialistic goods will vanish one day or the other..but the good work you have done will make you immortal..

The poet conveys the vanity of human greatness and the failure of all atoms to immortalize himself.Ozymandias was the great Egyptian King a life like statue of the king was made immortalize him. but now the statue liesb broken and disfigured in a desert. in other words human pump and glory are not everlasting
