The message conveyed is that all the beauty of man's creation in the nature gets destroyed as time passes but the man's creation towards literature or art work remains immortal even though time passes or fades away.
Another message is that time is powerful than nature ans time passes but it doesn't have effect on the literature forms

The message that the poem ozymandias conveys is that time has ravaging effects on monuments and statues. The quest of humans to immortalize themselves by building statues is bound to fail as they are too subject to decay and ruin. Thus human pomp and glory is subjected to only some time.
