You can recharge a bore well too
Two methods to recharge a bore well:
1. Direct recharge : Recommended only if the bore well has gone dry or is yielding a negligible amount of water.
2. Indirect recharge: For well functioning bore wells we recommend indirect recharge.

Direct recharge
1. Dig a “recharge well” around the casing pipe.
2. Perforate the casing pipe.
3. Wrap the perforated section with netlon mesh (white portion in picture)

Here the filtered rainwater is directly led into the bore well casing pipe.
