what might happen if the following procedures are not observed :- (1) - If accused are not defended by lawyer . And (2) - If any case proceedings are not conducted in an open court .
please give me answer it's urgent ....

Explanation:

1) Article 22 gives the fundamental right to every person not to be denied the right to be defended by a legal practitioner of his or her choice. Article 14 provides for equality before the law and equal protection of the laws within the territory of India.If accused used is not defended by a lawyer then there is a chance of the power will get into accused hands..And He doesn't get punishment if he did crime.

2) If the proceeding are not conducted in an open court there are less chances of a fair trial and there might be inequality and people could not take the right effect of An Independent Judiciary while not conducting the proceedings in an open Court.
