It is said that Tansen could create rain and fire just through his music. If he sang the Raga Deepak, the area around him would catch fire. If he sang Megha Malhar, it would begin to rain. If he sang an evening raga during the daytime, the sunlight would diminish and it would look like it was dusk already.
