Kelvin scale is not numerically just equal to Celsius scale. 20°C is not equal to 20K. 20°C has a different value in Kelvin scale.

It has another relation which is

0°C = 273.15K ~ 273K

20°C = 273+20 = 293K

So, The correct answer of course is a.293K

Cheers!
