ok so for the plasmid to convert into vector it should be necessary to cut it with restriction endonuclease .so that it can bind to host
for an ideal vector it is necessary that there should be many sites for binding
and its copies no should be highter .
plasmid is self multiplied vector and has its own genome so there is no need of anything for its multiple copies ...
