♠ ANSWER :
POEM : OZYMANDIAS
POET : P. B. SHELLEY.
❇ The Poet used a very ironical way to express his views about the power of time and time ravages none. He teaches a spellbound moral to us, that is, As the king Ozymandias was so much powerful and was " King of Kings", he also inscribed some praising lines over his powers and ammunitions below his statue , but with the passage of time, his statue shattered and mixed with the sand in the desert where there was only vast expanse of sand only. The main concept is that if we might win uncountable territories, we get mightier and won many battles but these bubble reputations can't live long and by engraving our temporary statue for praise and honour, one could never gain eternal place in reader's mind. As as the time passes, every thing destroys. Only good and bad works left footprints on the mind of readers.
