P.B.shelley teaches that time is not faithful to anyone....man is too feeble to with stand the ravages oftime.jence wisdom lies in leading modest and unpretentious life and later on withdrawing from world with sense of resignation..

PB Shelley through her poem ozymandias is teaching that all monuments and statues which Kings and rulers built to show their pride are now lying broken.
She wants to tell us that time destroys everything.
