Solution :

Let The other number be x .

\rm⇢ \: \: x + 15 \frac{8}{13}  = 18 \frac{3}{26}

\rm⇢ \: \: x  +   \frac{203}{13}  =  \frac{471}{26}

\rm⇢ \: \:  \frac{13x + 203}{13}  =  \frac{471}{26}

\rm⇢ \: \: 13x + 203 =  \frac{471}{2}

\rm⇢ \: \: 2(13x + 203) = 471

\rm⇢ \: \: 26x + 406 = 471

\rm⇢ \: \: 26x = 471 - 406

\rm⇢ \: \: 26x = 65

\rm⇢ \: \: x =  \frac{65}{26}

\rm⇢ \: \: x =  \frac{5}{2}

FINAL ANSWER :

The Other Number is 5/2 .
