what must be added to the Polynomial
x power 4 +2x power 3 +2x power 2+ x-1 So, that
resulting Polynomial of this is
exactly ÷ by x power 2 +2x-3​

divide the first polynomial by the second polynomial i.e. x²+2x-3,

the remainder would be your answer.

x ^{4}  + 2x ^{3}  + 2x ^{2}  + x - 1

 {\div by } \: {x}^{2}  + 2x - 3

so by disvison method we can solve this

but it is not exactly divsibile by

{x }^{2 }  + 2x - 3
