The difference between the largest 8 digit and the smallest 8 digit should be added to the smallest 8 digit number in order to get the largest 8 digit no.

The difference being:

99999999–10000000 = 89999999

If you consider that the smallest 8 digit number can include negative integers too then the smallest 8 digit number will be -99999999 and the difference in this case will be 99999999 - (-99999999) = 199999998
