Given :P(x) = 8x^4+14x^3-2x^2+7x-8

g(x) = 4x²+3x-2

Solution :

on dividing we get

quotient = 2x²+2x-1

remainder = 14x-10

so , 14x-10 must be subtracted from the p(x)

so that the resulting polynomial is exactly divisible by g(x)
