We have the given number as - 9÷14
We can write this in the fractional form in following ways :-

 \frac{( - 9)}{14}

Now,
We have to make this number as 11÷18
So,
Converting this into fractional form we get the following :-
 \frac{11}{18}

Also,

the number has to be obtained by subtracting.

so let the number which is to be subtracted be x. so this means that the given number subtracted by X will yield us the result as 11/18.

So,

representing the equation graphically :-

 \frac{( - 9)}{14}  - x =  \frac{11}{18}  \\  \\ x =  \frac{ ( - 9) }{14}  -  \frac{11}{18}  \\  \\ x =  \frac{18( - 9) - 11(14)}{18 \times 14}  \\  \\ x =  \frac{ - 162 - 154}{252}  \\  \\ x =  \frac{ - 316}{252}  \\  \\ x =  ( - 1.2539683)

So,
the following numbers in a fractional form or in the decimal form can be subtracted from the given number to obtain the result
