x {4} + 2x {3} - 13x{2}  - 12x + 21 \\ divided \: by \\ x{2}  - 4x + 3 \\ reminder \:  = 2x - 3

You must be 2x - 3 subtracted from the polynomial so that the resulting polynomial is exactly divisible by

x2-4x+3
