SUPPOSE y is subtracted from it...
eq=x^2-x+3-y=0
if y is subtracted from it then it can divisible by x-3 which means remainder =0
x-3=0
x=3
f(3)= 9-y
9-y=0
y=9
therefore 9 is subtracted from it to make it divisible by x-3..
