What must be the temperature in Fahrenheit so that it will be twice its value in celsius?

Answer:

let the the value of temperature on Celsius scale be x

therefore temperature on farenhitnscale=2x

b. t. p we know f=9x/5+32

2x=9/5x+32

2x-9x/5=32

x/5=32

x=160

the answer is 160x2= 320°F
