earlier  children used to study only by two ways either by reading books or by listening to teacher's lecture.but now with the advent of internet the students can search the content on the net through websites like google, yahoo ety sc.if they want detailed information 
they can search and study on wikipedia.these days there are some educational websites that provide study material to students online.
this is a very revolutionary step in the field of teaching as you can study anywhere even through a mobile as per your convenience.
if there is any difficulty you dont have to wait till you meet you teacher or you dont have to go to liberary and waste hours searching for right book.you can find every detail in google or wikipedia or the educational site that you refer.for detailed study you just dont have to study four five books but just study online and search internest.the educational sites have made our lives much easier than it was some ten ytears ago
