Nazis thought that boys need to be masculine , aggressive , hate jews and worship Hitler. They had to undergo a process of nazi ideology a prolonged period of ideological training. When they had become old enough they had to enroll themselves in the army , government services or any other nazi organisation. Hitler thought that if the nazi values were endowed upon the children (especially boys ) then they would becomw a respectfull citizen of Germany.
