13

4/54 + x = 13/15

x = 13/15 - 4/54

LCM = 270

x = 104 - 20 / 270

x = 84 / 270

x = 42/135

x = 14 / 45

Hope it helps you friend!

15

Step-by-step explanation:

Let that number be X.

according to the question -

 \frac{4}{54}  + x =  \frac{13}{15}

 \frac{4 + 54x}{54}  =  \frac{13}{15}

15(4 + 54x) = 13 \times 54

60 + 810x = 702

810x = 702 -60

810x = 642

x =  \frac{642}{810}

x =  \frac{107}{135}
