Hey Friend,
Nuclear membrane is also known as nuclear envelope.
It is the outer covering of the nucleus.
It is a delicate, double-membrane structure with space between the two membranes.
It is perforated by several pores called the nuclear pores which allow the exchange of materials between nucleus and cytoplasm.
The main function of nuclear membrane is to act as a passage through which exchange of materials between nucleoplasm and cytoplasm is possible.
It bounds the contents of the nucleus (nucleoplasm, nucleolus, chromatin network) and protects them.
Hope it helps!

Hey !!!
The membrane that surrounds the nucleus is called nuclear membrane...
Nuclear membrane consists of two parallel membranes with a space called perinuclear space.. forms the barrier between the nucleoplasm present inside the nucleus and that of cytoplasm of the cell..
Nuclear pores present on the nuclear membrane are useful in transport of RNA and protein molecules etc... between the nucleus and cytoplasm i.e.,Nucleo-Cytoplasmic and Cyto-Nucleoplasmic exchange of materials...
Hope this helps you :)
