4 should be the number , which can make all the given number proportional as

10-4=6,12-4=8,19-4=15,24-4=20

=6:8::15:20

=3:4::3:4

Now trick is here is that when u minus 1 from all the number that will give u 9,11,18,23 but in this format 2 prime number came and primes can be proportional only when they will be same but here thats not the case.

Again on subtracting 2 from all the number 8,10,17,22 here again prime 17 came.

Again when we minus 3 from all we get 7 as prime .

But when we minus 4 from all there comes no primes and they became propotional.

Hope u find it helpful!!!!
