Answer:

Let the no = x

 \frac{ - 3}{5}  + x = 1

x = 1 +  \frac{3}{5}

x =  \frac{1 + 3}{5}

x =  \frac{4}{5}

Answer = 4/5 should be added to -3/5 to get 1...

x = 1 + 3/5

x = 5+3/5

x = 8/5

so when you aad 8/5 in -3/5 we get 1

-3/5 +8/5

-3+8/5

5/5
