By hit and trial one can make a rough guess that it lies between 85's square (7225) and 90's square (8100)
Since 7912 is more closer to 8100 88 and 89's square are options that can be explored
88² = 7744
89² = 7921
This is it !!
WE need to add 9 to 7912 to make it a perfect sqaure i.e 89²
