Let the no. need to be added to -3/5 to get 2/3 is x.

Hence, the equation becomes

\frac{-3}{5} +x=\frac{2}{3} \\ \\x=\frac{2}{3} +\frac{3}{5} \\ \\ x=\frac{(10+9)}{15} \\ \\ x= \frac{19}{15}
