To Find :-

  • What is the number to be subtracted to get a fraction of 5/3?

Solution :-

Let the Number be p and do the question

  • -1-p = 5/3

  • So, -p = 5/3+1/1

So, now

  • -p = 5+3 /3

  • -p = -8/3
