Let consider X should be subtracted from 3/20 to get 3/4

∴ 3/20 - X = 3/4

-X = 3/4 - 3/20 = ( 15 - 3 )/ 20

    = 12 /20 = 3/5

X = - 3/5

Hence ( -3/5) should be subtracted from 3/20 to get 3/4.

Ans :-  ( -3/5) should be subtracted from 3/20 to get 3/4.

(* 3/20 - (- 3/5)=3/20 + 3/5 = ( 3 + 12)/20= 15 /20= 3/4)
