 -  \frac{3}{7}  - x(let) =  -  \frac{2}{7}  \\  \\  - x =  -  \frac{2}{7}  +  \frac{3}{7}  \\  \\  - x =   \frac{ - 2 + 3}{7}  \\  \\  - x =  \frac{1}{7}  \\  \\ x =  -  \frac{1}{7}.  \\  \\ so \:  -  \frac{1}{7} should \: be \: subtracted \:  \\ from \\  \:  -  \frac{3}{7} \\  to \: get \:  -  \frac{2}{7}.
