Solution :-

Let the number to be subtracted be x

15 - x/19 - x = 2/3

2(19 - x) = 3(15 - x)

38 - 2x = 45 - 3x

38 - 45 = 2x - 3x

-7 = -x

7 = x

Hence

7 should be subtracted
