Hey your answer is here,
First square root 16462 then you will get 128.30
From here you see that 16462 is square of 128.30 means a number X is complete square of 128 then square 128 to find X , now you will find 16384 , which is a complete square before 16462 means you can subtract 16462-16384 to find the no. which can be subtracted from 16462 to get complete square number. And the complete square no. is 128 i.e,
128×128 = 16384
