Let the number be x
Then , according to question ,
x/1 + (x+15) / 100 = 299
x/1 +  3x / 20 = 299
Taking LCM of denominators
(20x+3x) / 20 = 299
23x / 20 = 299
23x = 299 * 20
23x = 5980
x = 5980 / 23
x = 260

The required no. is 260.
