By problem

$\frac{3}{5} + x = \frac{2}{3} \\ or. \: x = \frac{2}{3} - \frac{3}{5} = \frac{10 - 9}{15} \\ or. \: x = \frac{1}{15}$
Hence 1/15 is to be added to 3/5 to get 2/3
