why should a child in his beginning years have breastmilk and nothing else?

Breast feeding is suggested because a baby can only digest his mother nutrients
the baby is too Young and his body is not ready to face bacteria and germs found in cow milk or any other food that's y breast milk is considered best for a new born baby till 6 months the baby's digestive system is sensitive and cannot work against bacteria!
