Trypsin basically works on more than one substrates; when it binds with one molecule of protein molecule it produced peptides(by breaking action) but peptides are not the phase in what protein is absorbed in GIT. ... This Carboxy-peptidase is activated by the action of Trypsin on Procarboxy-peptidase(inactive form).
