these atoms are then called ions. positive ion occurs when an autumn losses an electron negative charge it has more protons that electrons.

Well what do u mean by Iron nucleus ..I think so its iron atom

see Iron is metal so it doesn't accept but gives electrons by giving electrons it becomes positively charged And is called cation

Iron ions-

Fe +3 and Fe +2
