No religion actually has demarcated humans on the basis of their caste. Unfortunately, the narrow mindset and the work scenario itself has given an identification tag to everybody. Be it the business class, the labourers, the brahmins, etc. Religion always teaches to treat all human beings as humans only and nothing less than that. The respect is same for all only. But it is not practised in reality.

The Karnataka State Government has issued notification granting OBC reservation benefits to Brahmin Christian, Kuruba Christian, Madiga Christian, Akkasali Christian, Sudri Christian, Scheduled Caste converted to Christianity, Setty Balija Christian, Nekara Christian, Paravar Christian and Lambani Christian.
