What part of the cell theory MOST implies that viruses, for all of their similarities to living cells, cannot be considered a life form according to definition?

Viruses are non-living in the following ways:-

1) Outside the host viruses are inert or inactive.

2)There is no cell wall,membrane or cytoplasm.

3)No cell organelles are present.

4)There is no metabolism.

5) Sedimentation of viruses is according to their molecular wt. like non-living beings.
