Answer:

Pre requisites:

20 Liters = 20,000 ml of water

1 cm³ = 1 ml

Volume of Sphere = 4/3 πr³

According to the question, diameter of the sphere is 60 cm. This means radius of the sphere is 30 cm.

⇒ Volume of the Sphere = 4/3 × 3.14 × 30 × 30 × 30

⇒ Volume = 4/3 × 3.14 × 27000 cm³

⇒ Volume = 113040 cm³ = 113040 ml

Therefore Percentage of Volume occupied is:

⇒ ( 20000 / 113040 ) × 100

⇒ 0.1769 × 100 = 17.69 %

Hence 17.69 % of the sphere is filled by 20 liters of water.

Hope it helped !!
