There are some standard elements which have to be taken care of while carrying production like,the production shouldn't harm environment and ecosystem, it shouldn't be illegal,shouldn't be based on plagiarism etc. The following are some of the permissions and licences required in India for starting any manufacturing business.
1. Manufacturing licence : Manufacturing licence is to be obtained form a licencing officer to start a manufacturing activity.
2. Patents : Patent refers to the exclusive rights that are granted for a new invention. Patent must be obtained according to the innovations in the manufacturing or in the product.
3. Registered trademark : A trademark, that is a distinctive symbol (or sign) for the product confirming its originality must be registered.
