What phase is happened if the ice cubes remains in the solid state?

Liquid particles still touch each other, but they are further apart than solid particles. They slide past each other and don't have a regular shape like solids do. This is what happens when the ice cube (a solid) turns into water (a liquid).....✌☺✌❤

If ice cubes remains in solid state then it will not be much useful for us, like we use them to make water cool. If they will not dissolve then it would not be in use.
