Skeleton swipe card. His idea was to run out of the prison while the helicopter would come and save him along with the narrator. But unfortuanelty he took a step back, slipped and fell to the concrete below on the ground. Thus his plan failed but this also gave him an idea that the helicopter was the right solution.
