hi friends....
1)Sour taste indicates the presence of micro organisms.
2)In tinned foods, if the tin is slightly bulged ,please don't buy it, as the bulging is due to CO2 produced by the micro organisms(bacteria) during respiration.
3)Tiny pores also indicate that CO2 has acquired the space inside the food.
These are what I know . Please ignore grammatical mistakes,this is my small request .
