What point are need to consider or implement network topology?
Answers
A network topology is a structure within a network. It is the way in which the links and nodes are arranged. There are two types of topology. These include physical topology which shows how the actual cable wires or installation takes place. The other type of topology is the logical topology which is the way in which the information moves through the network. There is a BUS Topology which makes all of the computers are linked with one cable.
The Ring Topology is when the computers form a ring because one computer is connected to another until all of the computers are connected together. There are many things to consider when choosing a network topology including current hardware, size of the network, budget limitations, need for reliability and if a network expansion is to be required.
