altitude ( height ) = 1 km

time = 1 minute or 60 seconds

mass = 3000 kg

work or energy = mass * gravity * height        ( gravity is taken as = 10 m/s sq. )

power = work / time

power = m g h / time

           = 3000 * 10 * 1 / 60

           = 30000 / 60

           = 500 Watt
