a strict laws should be prepared of ! and public should be awared of about the disadvantages of smoke!!and for making a good society ,a good governance is also needed ! a good or cooperative Government could make people liable to fight against this misdeeds !!!
even though a law is made drug addicts will always try to find loop holes in it and if they don't find any they go for illegal ways
you can take a camel till the river but you can't make it drink water. it should come to their own mind
a good governance or laws could through out that disease b, especially in public places !! but for making a drug free society a complete ban is also need !! but no nay govt. do so yet !!!!
it won't because it fears that it will lose votes in the next elections
how it will come in their mind if govt. ban it completely !!and stop its supply from foreign countries !!
