1)The slide should not be folded  

2) Clean and dry glass slide and coverslip should be used.  

3)Keep the slide in watch glass to prevent from getting dry

4Overstaining and understaining should be avoided.

5 Clean and dry glass slide and coverslip should be used.

6 Coverslip should be put carefully avoiding any air bubbles.

7   use the brush to transfer the peel from the watch glass to the slide.
